4-Front values the support of its customers and to monitor our performance we commission an independent annual customer satisfaction survey, which gives our customers the opportunity to provide feedback on our:
  • Technical expertise
  • Staff performance
  • Service
4-Front’s goal is to be the research partner our customers’ businesses demand and during a recent survey, 100% of customers rated 4-Front Research as “Excellent” or “Good” in each of these categories. Based on these results, 4-Front has been awarded a Gold BenchmarQ® Award for the level of Customer Satisfaction achieved.
